REFUND POLICY
Qikbay Inc cannot provide a refund for updates applied to the customer product (i.e. Computer or Laptop) by another company not affiliated with Qikbay Inc. (Companies not affiliated unless otherwise specified).
No Refunds for the Single incident or one-time fixes, if the issue has been resolved. If the issue is not resolved, a diagnostic fee of $40 would be applicable and would be deducted from the amount charged.
Full refunds will not be provided after Five (5) days of service completion and 7 days of product delivery.
Customer may cancel service agreement and receive a prorated refund.
Qikbay Inc may charge a one-time service charge for services provided ( Service charge amount depends on the service provided like onsite service or device or parts shipped to the user in order to fix the problem. ; min $99.00), upon cancellation of any service agreement. Any cancellations are subject to Qikbay Inc Terms and Conditions.
Service charges may be applicable and deducted from any refund.
Refunds will NOT BE provided for any software downloads or licensed software installations (i.e. Antivirus software, Operating System installs).
If the issue is not resolved, at the time of service completion customer has the right to request a refund, or have the issue resolved. All refunds are at the discretion of Qikbay Inc management.
We will refund the credit card used during purchased/subscription. However, there may be any applicable charges such as Bank/Credit Card charges and administrative charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
