The HERO11 Black is powered by the GP2 Processor, optimized for the high data throughput required by the 1/1.9" CMOS Sensor. By capturing in a nearly square 8:7 format, the camera records more visual data at the top and bottom of the frame. This enables the HyperView Digital Lens, which takes that 8:7 footage and delivers it as an ultra-immersive 16:9 wide-angle shot, making POV footage feel more epic than ever.
